It's taken me a while to get around to this review as getting to know this compressor hasn't been very smooth sailing. The included manual was mangled during shipment and parts were unreadable. I had an older compressor from the early 2000s and was attempting to utilize the knowledge of that compressor with this new one and ended up thoroughly confusing myself.I reached out to Customer Service (not to be confused with Amazon's crew) and they were very patient and ready to help clarify anything I wasn't understanding, even going as far as to tell me upon delivery that this particular model has two modes: auto-shutoff and constant where the compressor will either automatically shut off when the tank is full or not. This special feature may cause confusion for some customers.I do more than airbrushing which necessitates a compressor. My much older and much bigger one was also very much more noisy and high maintenance. I'm so amazed at the capacity of this little compressor, and how it provides what I need (with some additional components and adapters not included cuz America) without the massive amount of noise or maintenance. And Customer Service even sent me a PDF of the manual to refer to for further information.If you are in need of an air compressor that isn't one of the noisy industrial ones that are more geared for construction and woodshop/industrial environments, I recommend this compact yet mighty one. And don't feel bad about applying older know-how to this new technology. I did it to and learned from it. I'm also sure that CS will be there if needed at a future time cuz they've got their own 1-year guarantee outside of Amazon's 30-day guarantee.Note that this model does not include an airbrush like the others.

I don't have a real issue about this unit. Just so happened I got a lemon. Have been using within a half hour after unboxing it. Even though it was a week ago the unit has performed great. Up until this evening. Must say it has been a nice working unit considering it was working from anywhere from 4 two 6 hours a day. Great customer service. Sending me a new one. They say it will be here by Sunday. We will see since I just talked to them. Only gave a three star for now. Hoping to see if the next compressor works better. Update to come after new one is used. Like I said was great until pressure shut off didn't work. Sent me a new one. Received it two days later. Have been using it for a since received. Lol not a Lemon. Very happy with this one.
