Installation took me like 2 minutes. Works perfectly. I am super happy with the quality and how well it works. I never realized how hard my water was until I got this shower filter. I actually can see a difference in my completion and my skin doesn't feel so dry. That's probably the biggest reason I like this one so much. Also, I like the fact that it has a digital display to remind you to replace the cartridge. All around great buy!

I installed the filter as soon as it arrived and within minutes I had clean water for showers. There was no lingering smell from chlorine or the occasional sulfur smell. I've also been concerned about a contaminant that has been detected in my city's drinking water, using this filter offers me additional assurance.The installation went as smooth as described - remember there are two caps to remove from the filter! - and the unit installed securely and leak free between the spigot and the flexible water line connecting to the hand-held shower wand. It works great.

We have hard water. This is not going to entirely correct a hard water issue, but the water quality is much improved. We also use a shower dental pick and run it through the filter and it helps greatly. Teeth feel clean and water tastes good. Very happy with the quality of this product.The reason for the deduction of a star is two-fold... One, it did reduce the water pressure despite claims by other reviewers and the seller that there is no concern of water pressure reduction. If others did not notice this, my suspicion is that they did not have a major water pressure issue to begin with. That having been said, it was not a massive reduction so it seems better than other filters I have tried, but indeed still a reduction in pressure. I'm not sure this is something entirely able to overcome if you want to use a filter in a low-pressure situation, but just know that if you indeed have low-pressure water, this is going to reduce it further - though, as mentioned previously, not as much as many of the other options available (and I have tried several over the months).The second reason for the deduction of the star is that this is a bit of an awkward installation design. It's larger than some other designs, making installation somewhat inconvenient and less than ideal. I would have preferred there was no ball joint because my shower head has this already. If you are intending to use this to support a rain shower head, extra weight on this may be an issue. I would prefer a fixed connection and not a movable one. However, if you are simply using this for a hand-held shower head connection, it shouldn't be any issue and may actually prove more versatile in some applications.Overall, this seems to be a quality product for the price-range. The water is noticeably improved and, other than the large size and awkward installation drawbacks, it was not difficult to setup and use. The materials are quality and we experienced no leaking or other negative issues as far as normal operation is concerned.

This is the best filter i have ever used. We are on a well and need all the help we can get with sediments...this is the only filter that works! We thought they had been discontinued and i received an email from Adam at Casaflow telling me that due to the high demand they were going to start producing them again. He went the extra mile to make sure I knew when they would be ready to order! You don’t see that great customer service much any more!

ball joint not tight enough to keep weight of shower head from causing filter unit to droop down. I was able to fix it by having my friend 3d print a slide on collar to lock the ball joint at 90 degrees. A slide on collar should come with the unit for purpose. Unit also leaks at shower head connection, due to threaded connection having have two flat sides. I used 4 wraps of teflon tape, but still has a small leak. I will try wrapping the threads with more teflon tape at a later time.

Very nice, accidentally took a sip a few times and water tasted great, like a brita pitcher. Softer hair, soft skin just like it advertises. One bad thing is it is quit large so unless you have a loooonng shower head rod, your shower head will be handing low. I am 5'2 and my hand-held shower head is very low when I have it sitting in the holder. For that reason, I probably will be getting a large Rain head type, with the long rod.

The positive, the filter does look very elegant with the metal filter cover and digital readout. The negative, after installing the filter and running water through it for 30 minutes I tested it for chlorine and was very disappointed that the results showed chlorine. It looks nice and I like the filter use indicator, but I have a heavy Speakman shower head which this doesn’t seem to support well. Yes, I have everything screwed on tight between the flange and filter and between filter and shower head and the whole thing just flops down to a low angle that is not comfortable for me and started to leak. I’ve had it for a few months and don’t notice any difference in my skin or hair between this brand and another cheaper HotelSpa filter I purchased on Amazon and have in another shower in my home. I think we’re just paying the extra in this case for the indicator, which is not necessary.

So these filters will not 'soften' water in hard water areas. But I was looking for one that would effectively purify the water coming through my shower - KDF certified the kind of one that will remove chlorine and other nasties that can irritate the skin. This was doing the job. I much have been using it for well over a year diligently changing out the cartridges every 6 months to discover last month that they aren't making them anymore. I will now be moving to Philip's model.

Ich hatte diesen Filter gekauft, da wir sehr kalkhaltiges Wasser haben und die Dusche dementsprechend aussieht. Ich konnte leider keine Verbesserung feststellen. Was noch viel nerviger war ist die Tatsache, dass nach einigen Wochen der Wasserdurchfluss gestört war und dadurch der Wasserdruck extrem abgenommen hat. Es floß so wenig Wasser durch, dass das Haare waschen ewig dauerte. Irgendwann habe ich festgestellt, dass dies wohl an dem Granulat in dem Filter lag, das sich dermaßen verdichtete, dass man alle paar Tage den Filter abmontieren und die Kartusche innen schütteln musste, damit das Wasser wieder ungehindert durchfließen konnte. Für mich so absolut unbrauchbar und deshalb haben wir es wieder abmontiert und sind auf der Suche nach einer Alternative.

Der Filter lässt sich leicht installieren und sieht gut aus bzw. stört nicht. Wir haben zwar bereits eine Entkalkungsanlage im Haus, aber nach dem Filtereinbau merkt man schon, wie angenehm seidenweich das Wasser durch die Haare und über den Körper läuft! Klar, man benötigt es nicht unbedingt, erspart aber das eine oder andere mal das reinigen der Dusche, Duschköpfe setzten sich nicht mehr ganz so schnell zu und für einen selbst gönnt man sich doch auch etwas Luxus! Würde ich mir wieder zulegen!

Eindeutig ein spielzeug! Wir haben 2 bestellt und beide zeigten kein ergebniss. Noch schlimmer nach 2-3 wochen tägliche benutzung (nur für die dusche) gaben beide kein richtigen durchfluss mehr und verstopften teilweise. Ich rate davon nur ab und leider gottes muss ich nun doch in eine wasserenthärtungsanlage zugreifen was etwas teuer ist aber wenigstens investiert man dann nich in schrott.

I bought this because it showed NSF certified in the title. When I got the product, there was no NSF logo or pattern on the package nor the shower head itself.
