Very jargon filled. You need to be a techie to understand this book.
The author is obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. But he uses a lot of acronyms and jargon.So if your a profession IT person you may find this useful.But for mere finance department leaders like me just trying to get a feel it is over my head.

Not well organized.
This book was painful to get through. It is not very well organized. The author uses very ambiguous sentences frequently. The author jumps between too detailed and too simple.
