These are nice and thick, and great for hot items as well as under plants (indoors) to avoid any water stains.

Cork trivet is sturdy and very well made. I crocheted 2 circular mats to cover the top and bottom of cork and it will work great under pizzas on the coffee table!

I found out that I was hosting Thanksgiving the week before. I had just bought my first house and while I have most of what I needed, I didn't really need a lot of serving things in a small apartment. I needed trivets pronto and these came quickly and worked very well. They protected the wood on my tables and were small enough that they weren't very noticable. I'm going to buy a second set for next Thanksgiving so I have one for every side dish. Would recommend.

Sometimes there are too many choices - this type item was one of them. But I studied, read reviews and made the selection. No regrets. Perfect for my needs. Thick, solid cork trivets arrived without damage. Should I have a need for more - I will definitely get these again.
