Love these in my classroom. They are polished and sealed nicely, so there are no rough edges and they clean with a sanitizing wipe easily! Any pencil or marker stains come right off. The kids have dropped them, sat on them, knocked them onto the floor, colored on them, banged materials on them, and they are still as nice as I bought them over a year later. The sizes are great for fitting different activities on and nestle together for storage. The quality is great!

These have a very strong chemical odor and I will be returning them. They are NOT child safe.

These wooden toy sorting trays are very beautiful. The red toned wood looks great along with the black and metallic accessories that are in my room. I'm using this set of three trays for display in my living room. The largest one makes a very nice sized ottoman tray. I would recommend this set of three trays.

These are great trays. I think the smallest size is too small but other than that I think they are exactly what I needed

These trays are nice and sturdy. The wood looks really good and the surface is smooth and shiny. They came well packed, with each tray wrapped in a separate bag.I knocked off two stars because there is a pretty strong chemical smell--would not give these to children without airing them out for a while. I also found a small glue issue on one corner of the biggest tray (pictured, bottom corner). Not an issue for me but unclear if it will affect the durability long term. The inside of some handles was pretty rough as well. I didn't get splinters, but kids who are sensitive to textures or small enough to get a hand through there may have issues. I'd run some fine sandpaper over that before use to make sure there are no issues.

SO pretty, SO sturdy, SOOOOO worth the money. Very attractive and practical - I wouldn't hesitate to order them again. Highly recommend.

My wife is a life long Montessori educator, and was surprised and well pleased when I presented her with these trays. The Montessori program has many features that require specific "Materials", such as these trays. It is important that they be of very high quality, beautifully made, and lovely to hold and use by children of various ages. this set certainly represents those qualities. Thus the three sizes of trays in this very lovely set. This beautiful set will be used for many years in her school. However, as she commented, anyone that loves well made things and has a need for such trays would be happy to own them. She recommends them to Montessori professionals and Montessori families as well as anyone that wants a beautiful set of serving trays.
