I only wish it was adjustable settings

This is not what I expected from CHI. There is no adjustment for the heat, and it is set at max. I have fine hair that usually styles best set at a medium temperature. This flat iron burned my hair.

Tried to "save money" and snag a cheaper straightener after my CHI died after 15+ years of use!went through 4 different ones being frustrated with each one.. finally broke down and grabbed a new CHI... you won't regret it! This is my FAVORITE brand for hair straighteners

I'll start by saying I like this straightener. It's a good product, it's pretty and a solid brand. I like the plates as they're sleek and rounded a little so it doesn't catch your hair like cheaper brands do. It heats up in like 30 seconds or less. I like that the on off switch is inside so you're not constantly turning it off accidentally. I have thick hair so high temp is important to me and this one says it goes to almost 400 so that's nice too, not as high as some but definitely sufficient.The biggest con to me is no heat adjustment. The product photos even show "multiple presets for all hair types" but there is no adjustment anywhere. So if you have fine hair or don't use high heat this isn't the best.
