Quiero a mi Mama Porque (I Love my Mommy Because Eng/Span ed)

Adorable bilingual book. Overall the translation is spot on and the pictures are eye catching and keep the child interested and asking questions like what animal is that. Plus they label the animals in both languages! Great for mothers day!

Cute book, easy to read. Love that it is in English and spanish (it's like 2 books in 1!). It is a sturdy board book. I also like that it gives examples of nontraditional mom roles as well, like my mom is big and strong or shes not afraid of the dark. Very much through the eyes of a kid.

My child loves this book, mostly because of the pictures. They aren't too busy and not caricature like which is nice so that she begins to understand what animals actually look like. She is 9 months old. The translation is also good. Pages are nice and thick to where she flips them for me. Recommend :)

I love this book, the illustrations are so rich and beautiful it captivates children of all ages. The phrases are simple and children can understand very well what is happening even if they don't understand the words. I read it to my 5 and my 2 year old, they love all the little critters in it. I decided to buy because it was always checked out at the library.There are so few books in Spanish for children that are well translated, engaging and fun to look at, this and Quiero a mi papa porque... are two of the best ones out there.

This is a sweet book and the illustrations are really nicely done. Our little one is aptly captivated while we read it to her. I came back to get Queiro a mi Papa because we liked this one so much.

My child lovesssss this book! It is so easy to read! Trying to learn Spanish and it is making it so easy. I love that at the top there are the names of the animals on the page. I can see us using this book and the father version to it as my child gets older. We will continue to point out the animals, and backgrounds in the pictures to learn more. I am extremely happy with this purchase and looking for similar books!

I love this book (and the companion book Quiero a mi papa porque). The pictures are beautiful...not only is the story translated (with the Spanish words in larger letters and the English below in smaller letters), but the names of all the animals pictured are also in an English and Spanish. I don't speak Spanish, but most of the words are not difficult to pronounce (once I remembered that "j" in Spanish is pronounced like "h" in English). I read this book almost every night to my 9-month-old son.

Beautiful pictures that my babe loves and not a lot of words which is great cause she just likes to flip the pages to see the pictures. Having both languages is also a huge plus

Bought for a bilingual child, parents love it as they can both read stories to their little one

De buen material y hojas de carton grueso, no esta tan grande ni tan pequeño. Esta genial que trae la traduccion en ingles y asi puedes leerle en ambos idiomas para que vaya familiarizandose. los dibujos no me gustaron tanto pero por todo lo demas muy bien, las oraciones estan lindas
