Meidase P90 WiFi Bluetooth Trail Camera, 32mp 1296p, Wide 120° View Angle, H.264 HD Video, Game Cameras with Night Vision Motion Activated Waterproof, Cell Phone App

After researching backyard trail cams for two weeks, I decided to pull the trigger on the Meidase P90. My wife wanted wireless access to the videos and pictures. I chose the P90 due to its wide-angle FOV. I received the camera yesterday afternoon. It was very easy to setup using the buttons and the menu on the camera. I downloaded and installed the App on my smartphone. It works very well, but like all wireless connections, sometimes connecting can be spotty due to location and environment. The daytime video quality is very good and the night time video is clear and sharp. Everything worked as advertised and I encountered no problems. I used eight rechargeable AA batteries and they worked also. I have somne Lithium batteries on their way. I have no regrets buying this camera and I would recommend it to anyone interested in getting one. Oh, and the audio is outstanding. I could hear everything clearly. I have it setup in my backyard. I have several motion activated security lights and they did not affect the night time video at all. I did not catch anty nocturnal critters (something is triggering my security lights) but will try again tonight. In summary: Great camera, easy peasy to setup, works as advertised. I just hope it will last. Build quality indicates that it will. Happy days to all.I took off one star because there is no "Delete All" feature for removing the photos and video clips.

Everything works fine on it except what I bought it for which was the Wifi, tried two phones and nothing, it said it had worked both bluetooth and Wifi but nothing while their app looks good but it too does nothing because of NO CONNECTION.Had Amazon knock $20.00 off and will see if it will last at least 30 days, elstwise back it goes!Update: Put it to work to see what was going on in the woods, night one zip but night two there are two eyes looking right at the camera about 50 feet away, deer strolls right up to the camera and sticks his nose in the lens, backs off and leaves, really good pictures, oh yeah and in between uses out come the batteries, that killed my previous camera!

Comparable to Bushnell & Browning high-end trail cams with the advantage of WiFi viewfinder, if you're not "fixing" it to a tree, pole, fence, etc. Night vision, video quality very good. Customer support lightning fast and very helpful. Review based on one month of use. Only so far con is "clunky" data entry. Smart phone app works great. First, the cost of this trailcam was less than $60. I wasn't expecting much, and it met those expectations. It actually came up a bit short of lowered expectations. It was mounted on a patio pole, 10 feet from the wall in the photos (more likely 9' 5" but let's round for simplicity). It was set to timer, 9pm-8am, photo only. You can see the very grainy image of the animal in the photo. If I didn't tell you it's our neighborly fox, maybe it's a cat? Raccoon? Well even at $50 odd dollars; 10ft near I expect a clearer photo. My security cams are cheaper and get great IR resolution at 20-30 foot distances. The Android App - is a great piece of work! It connected easily to the camera (after pairing with bluetooth, it uses wireless; just follow the steps, easy). It allowed full control of the camera, even downloading select photos and deleting the others. Now if I can get a camera for $70 that has better resolution AND a great app like this, I'll keep it. This camera won't make reservations at your favorite restaurant though.

I reached out to the company on Memorial day and the very next day I had a response. They had me try some things and are sending out a new camera. Fastest customer service I've personally dealt with, and I am 60.I purchased the camera on November 7 2022 and had it set up in my back yard to capture wildlife at a feeder I placed. I found that it did not detect the smaller animals such as racoons as apples would disappear without any video or pictures. I know there was a racoon as I saw it when a deer approached while the racoon was eating. Today is May 29th 2023 and the camera no longer turns on, even with new batteries. I reached out to the company today, and look forward to hearing their response.I must admit, I've dealt with electronics and mechanics most of my life and feel this could be a rare instance as others seem to have better luck. Take this review with a grain of salt and I will update with the company response.
