Great brace
We ordered a few posture trainer style braces, including this one, to try. We like them all for different reasons and wanted to have at least one spare to be able to wash them as needed. This one in particular is great for my husband. He has had multiple lumbar and cervical surgeries. The combination of straightening the shoulder and neck area with a little bit of lumbar support is perfect for his situation. The lumbar part is less structured than a regular back brace, but that also makes it a little easier for him to move around in while wearing it. Neither one of us has great posture, so we hope that the posture trainers we got will teach our muscles where to be over time.

The product is really beneficial😊
I've had a problem with a pain in my left rear side for 2 months. The doctor suggested I get a back brace as he felt it was posture related.I've worn this back brace now for a week and it works! Plain and simple. It pulls your shoulders back and keeps your back in the correct position. It's easy to wear all day and you actually forget you're wearing it after several hours of having it on.I'm using it when I'm sitting and when I'm driving and so far... two thumbs up!

Amazing and helpful product
Since I received the Back Brace Posture Corrector I have worn it several hours a day. The effect is the assist my core support needed following recent surgery. I am able to stand and walk more reliably wearing the brace which is the whole point for me. But in addition when I remove it I am much more comfortable in a supine position for bed or on the sofa with the brace off. This is another really good buy I am congratulating myself for the purchase.

Excellent
if you have a bad posture I would highly recommend you to buy this product and use it. Use it for 6 months and you would see a great result. it would definitely cause some discomfort since if your posture is wrong and it would be applying a counter force. I have used it, so telling first-hand experience.
