At first I loved this because it was cheap, stylish, and the battery was great. I’m now returning it because I realize it doesn’t work properly. I worked a 21 hour shift this past Saturday where I was walking/running/standing constantly, and it tracked that I only took 3,000 something steps. Uh...nope! I didn’t even have my phone on me the whole time, and my phone tracked over 10,000. Since Saturday I compared my phone steps to the watch steps, they don’t add up at all. Not worth your money if you want something that’s going to keep an accurate track.

Got this watch to track my calories when I work out. The calorie tracker is inaccurate as is the step tracker. Anytime you move your arm it counts it as a step. Just finished a 1 hour extensive gym session and it said I burned 185 calories. 3 other girls and the trainers had watches on and there's ranged from 900-1100 burned calories. I'll be passing this watch on to my 7 yr old for her to play with. I need something that is more accurate.

When my first Fitbit died, I spent the big bucks and bought another. When It disappeared from being left on the top of my car, (don't ask, I was stupid) I couldn't make myself spend that kind of money again.I found this tracker here on Amazon and was so pleased, I bought a second one for a friend. It works just as well as the Fitbit, but for a fraction of the price! As I've told many friends, this device is easier to charge, and the charge lasts 3 times longer than my Alta. It's a win-win!

software was hard to use, it didn't send alerts to my phone about messages I got. Even when it was ON my phone! not sure how the tracking did. didn't do anything about tracking my sleep. you get what you pay for. this was the 2nd product like this I tried.

I delayed on setting this up to use it, so that is my fault but this is tracker isn't reliable. I could see the pedometer go back in steps. It is not keeping accurate count of my activities and today it just stopped working all together. Didn't count any steps. Sadly I've only been in using it a week.

Within two weeks it was lost. It doesn't stay on well.UPDATE I was contacted and a resolution was given. Grateful that replacement options were offered

Resets itself a lot but it's an easy fix through the app. Sleep monitoring hardly works cause it won't monitor it or I really sleep that bad where it can't even tell if I'm sleeping. Which I'd believe. I do like the vibrating notifications and alarm. No regrets

Don't buy this junk. I looked at all the great reviews and decided to purchase this because it was such a discounted price . I actually bought two . Both of them came with no contact information they both didn't work and they were a different product and advertise in the review. I will be returning both items
