140-160sec(input water temp 36-39deg) required to heat ~75 deg keeping water outlet stopped. Auto power cutoff. If outlet not stopped, output water ~40-43deg. So ~3 times full heating required to get 20L of water ~43deg. Good for standby/for1 person if regularly using. If regular usage 2 or more, better go with min 15L(takes ~10-12min heating). Item does not include plug. Any product should be given complete set. If 15L, most of the vendor give free installation(wall fitting) and plug also included.

I am disappointed with the purchase experience. The geyser package was missing key items like the wire plug, installation pipe, and valve, which are essential for setup. We had to purchase these items separately, and their cost was significantly higher than normal market rates. To make matters worse, the quality of these items was subpar and did not meet expectations. Additionally, the company does not provide direct installation services and instead relies on a third-party service, which requires upfront payment. The installation schedule was highly confusing — Amazon showed one time slot while the third-party installer provided a completely different one. This lack of coordination, missing items, and overall poor experience made the entire process frustrating and inconvenient.

the heating element is gone after 6 months. Waiting to get serviced for more than 10 days.

the people from company called and came for installation..so what you have saved during the shopping festival in amazon had to be given to the installation guy Rs. 700(installation 400 + SS pipe 300)..i hoped that during the shopping festival installation should be free...but the installation was done quickly and it was easy to install as company had provided all the details and paper which marked the distance between the screws..screws where provided but pipes were not provided
