I love the necklace! It’s quality and well worth the price. It’s heavy and it makes me feel grounded. It usually sits between my breasts. The heaviness might be too much is you have small or no boobs for it to sit between I was drawn to this necklace because it doesn’t make a lot of noise. I didn’t want to have a necklace that sounded like a whistle; that would just draw unwanted attention to myself. I would definitely recommend this product.

Chain not as long as description
As others have said this necklace is similar to a straw, but I do feel like it helps because I’m directing my breath to a specific point through the necklace. Even if I blow too hard the only noise is like breathing through a straw so it’s very quiet and not noticeable. Plus it comes in a nice gift Abel plush box.However I bought this specific product as opposed to a slightly cheaper comparison because the description says the chain is adjustable from 29-31 inches, making it longer than the alternative. The chain is braided with a lobster clasp so it is NOT adjustable, and it is only about 26 inches. I wanted it to be longer so it could hide behind my lanyard at work, so I have to deal with it showing or get another chain.

Load of rubbish and waste of money in my opinion.
Was expensive but willing to pay to see if it helped me stop vaping.It’s like sucking a straw, total waste of money.

Gimmick
It looks ok. Long chain length which is good for its intended purpose. But no instructions or guidance on how to use to help reduce stress and clam breathing. It’s just a pretty hollow cylinder. My daughter found it to be most disappointing.
