I purchased the sample packet with 2 gummy multi-vitamins, so I can't state any effects. They're just sugary gummy multi-vitamins, good for people who hate taking pills (I personally prefer pills). that won't take vitamins otherwise.The gummy citrus like wedges have a nice fruity flavor (with a bit sour/tart), but the scent was better than the taste; they had a somewhat medicine like aftertaste.The gummies are not sticky, mushy and melt in the mouth rather than being chewy.If you are going to purchase multi-vitamins from this brand, the sample is a good deal. Not only you have the Amazon credit, but the packet has a $5 coupon as well.

Great quality vitamins in general without feeling you are eating a piece of candy. But a big plus for those with food allergies as this product is not made with some of the worst offenders that can cause an allergic reaction. I have quite a few food allergies that are 4 on a scale of 5. I had tried many different types of vitamins that set off my food allergies but I have enjoyed this product reaction free which was a big issue with me and vitamins.Wil buy again.

These supplements are fantastic. I work an 8 hour day and take grad school classes for an additional 3.5 hours and these give me enough of an energy boost to get through the day! I only take them when needed and in the morning with my breakfast as any later would keep me up at night. Everyone's body is different so I may adjust to taking one daily and two on my long days. Hope they are a good fit for you.

I love these prenatal vitamins. I had a hard time finding a brand that didn't hurt my stomach initially, but a friend recommended these to me and they have been great! They taste delicious and give me so much piece of mind that my baby is getting all the vitamins they need.

The taste of these is decent, meaning it’s not the best but tolerable. They are really sticky however and really get stuck in your teeth which can be quite pesky and irritating. I expect some level of stickiness but it’s a lot with this vitamin and I’d prefer taking a chewable b-12 instead to this.

Not bad tasting, more of a fruit snack consistency instead of a gummy. Sticks in your teeth pretty well. Also they need to be refrigerated

After doing weeks of research and reading many articles about ingredients and nutrition with pregnancy, this is the safest and best prenatal in the market. I wish more places sold this stuff. 80% of the prenatals on the market are all too much of vitamin a and other nutrients. Yes, having too much is especially dangerous while pregnant.

The flavor and texture of the organic Energy + B12 is less to my taste than the "non"organic kind that is now less available on amazon. These were more acidic and sweeter in flavor. The texture was soft and grainy. I am disappointed.
