White Keyboard Pad with Mouse Wrist Rest Cushion - Set up an ergonomic workstation and enjoy your new typing experience now! Do you have a job that requires repetitive wrist movement or action such as typing? These types of jobs can lead to repetitive wrist injuries or even to carpal tunnel syndrome. This is a problem that can lead to swollen hands or other symptoms, such as numbness, pain, and tingling. Your arms and hands should not rest on any uneven surfaces. Using a keyboard pad and wrist rest can help you avoid pain in your hands and wrists associated with this type of continual pressure. FEATURES: Use a MOUSE WRIST REST to help support your wrist at the proper position for extended amounts of time, and ideally for times of rest between typing and gaming. This helps you avoid contact stress by keeping your arms away from the edge of your desk. Use a KEYBOARD PAD to combat carpal tunnel pain with hands to maintain a neutral position. Neutral positioning means maintaining your wrists in a straight line with your forearm. Your hand should not angle up or down as you use your keyboard. Great for PALM SUPPORT: Use wrist rests for supporting your palms which reduces the possibility of wrist extension (dorsiflexion) and decreased blood flow. Made from MEMORY FOAM with ergonomic WaveRest design to keep your forearms, wrists, and hands in straight line which provides soothing sensation and relaxation on working days. NO LOGO or BRANDing makes wrist rests visually clean, gentle and elegant on any table, in any environment. DIMENSIONS: Keyboard Pad: 18 x 3 x 1” (460 x 85 x 25mm) Wrist Rest: 5 x 3 x 1” (135 x 75 x 25mm) Keep in mind that practicing good ergonomics can be a great preventative measure for avoiding issues like headaches, eyestrain, neck and back pain.

Good, not perfect, but good
I have been using these pads for a few weeks and I can say that for the keyboard, my right hand doesn't get as much surface on the wrist rest as my left hand and I find it a little bit annoying. The rest for the mouse is good. The only complain I have about it is that, I guess due to its size, it tends to move around pretty easily. I've found myself getting it back in place quite often, depending on how much I'm using the mouse. The white might not be the whitest ever, though I guess there should be proper way to clear it up and make it whiter. Probably I've noticed that just because my whole desktop setup is white and these things looks almost yellow when you see it side by side against my extended mouse pad or my desk itself.

Not just a wrist pad/ easily marked/ hard to clean
I bought this for work, but it did not come as pictured or described. I did not get a wrist pad, I got a wrist pad attached to a mouse pad (which I didn’t need or want). It is a rough cloth material and marks very easily and is hard to clean. The plus is it originally looks sleek and clean and went with my office decor but the negatives: didn’t receive what I purchased, rough, easily marked material, and being hard to clean... makes it not worth it.

Super comfy
It took my forever to find a white pair of wrist rests, but I'm so glad I found these! They are very comfortable and firm, providing great support. I'm probably on a computer 17 hours a day whether at work or at home, so my wrists definitely suffer. But with these rests I'm in pain no longer. The long keyboard rest is tall enough for my Razer Blackwidow which is also a plus!

Not as described -
Got this because i was looking for a wrist pad for keyboard and mouse to replace existing one on the Fellowes Keyboard tray - however, turned out the mouse wrist rest was attached to a mouse pad that was folded in the oversized box it came with - didn't need since I use trackpad - so folded messy mousepad was a nuisance that had to be immediately returned.

Fits my white desk
Soft and has anti-skid rubber on the bottom. After few months of heavy use it got dirty gray where my arm rests, but I could wash it off with hot water and soap, it dried out and it's bright white once again.

Not real memory foam
This stuff was cheap foam, not memory foam. It actually made my wrist and arms hurt worse using them, very stiff and uncomfortable. I returned it.

Great but discolored quickly
I love this keyboard rest. Especially the mini one for my wrist on my trackpad. My only complaint is the discoloration happening quickly under my wrists. I expected it to discolor because it is white but not this quickly or dark.

Works as intended
Just started using today at my office. I already feel relief on my wrists.
