Great product!

All can say is I found this product to be very effective for a 60 plus active senior.I do not take 8 capsule a day as recommened 2-3 is sufficient me. If taking more than 1 at a time the size can be a little difficult for taking without water or food, but is still worth the effort. Over the years I have tried several multi-vitamins looking for that right one.This product is in the top 3.

Effective but hard to swallow
Great formulation of vitamins and minerals. I just wish there was some way to do it with making the pills so huge and the necessity of taking so many in a day.
