Confusing at first
So this is really confusing at first and took time to master when it was in the right place it offered support just a even weight instead of the pull you feel pregnant I only had this on my 3rd child but wish I found it on my first it is handy to have while carrying heavy

Not supportive
I bought this to help in the last trimester of my pregnancy as I was getting really bad lower back and hip pain. I returned it as I found it not helpful at all

No instructions
No instructions, need a degree is rocket science to put this together, I'm goin by others pictures but even at that I don't know if I'm wearing it correct lot of bands that don't seem necessary, would recommend a one piece belt for handiness

What a creation!
Ordered this after suffering with aches and pains during pregnancy! I was really struggling with my posture and this has straightened me up and helped profoundly! I would 100% recommend to anybody thinking of purchasing!

Eased back pain a lot for my partner once she got the positioning and tightness right. Just make sure you check the sizing instructions on the product page!

Good
It feels like a support for the back and supports both the belly and the back well, but it would be better if it were higher than just the lower back, to support the whole back. This product only supports the lower back and may cause problems in the middle back. But it is perfect to support the back when there are bigger pains.
