The media could not be loaded. I’ve had mine for about two weeks and it’s works flawlessly. I read everything in the listing when I purchased it and read the instructions completely and have had no issues. From reading the other reviews I can’t help thinking that people have been disappointed cause they are not following instructions, I’m not trying to offend anyone but it is a very simple product to operate (maybe that’s why it works for me) so I would encourage anyone who buys one just read everything thoroughly and you should have no problems. I’m going to post my first every product video and hopefully it will help everyone out. I’m a life long stutterer so I’ll do my very best to speak fluently, thanks!

Inconclusive
Not sure if I’ll be keeping or sending it back, just got it today, plugged it up and the indicator light doesn’t come on. Not even sure if it’s charging, but I have it plugged up. Gonna give it a couple hours to see what happens.

Great Protection
The media could not be loaded. What I like about this, it's easy to council even in your hand read to go if needed. I would recommend this to anyone that goes shopping alone bringing their purchases back to their vehicle.
