They are small so more suited for small feet but the print gave me enough direction to accurately help me relieve some of my pain. The gloves are also smaller. This item is NOT suited for obese people or those with large hands/feet.

I did not like the material of the socks and gloves, both were to small for me and i wear average (American) sizes, graphics were child-like and not done well at that. Not a good buy for me.

At first I thought it wouldn't help at all, but noticed that I started to have less stiffness in my toes, back and other parts of my body by having a 10 min of pressure in the areas indicated. I highly recommended if you are willing to be constant.

Before these socks, I was never sure exactly where each reflex point was. Do they work?... The next day I notice when I have not used them. The socks fit me well and are comfortable, but my feet are on the small side.

these didnt work for my feet or the other few people I tried as the toes didn't align.

This is amazing for experienced LMTs & amateur's who LOVE reflexology. We painted our feet in Massage College to help us learn. Highly recommend!!!

Unless you have really small feet, don't waste your time.
