Jones Road Miracle Balm - Sunkissed, LPKCN401

Before purchasing this produce I watched the videos, read the reviews, and also read the how to’s and tip’s and trick’s to using Miracle Balm. I am 42 and have never worn that much makeup. As I’m getting older I’m finding that I need to add a little bit of color to my skin to give it that healthy look I was used to in my 20’s and even 30’s. Miracle Balm came across my newsfeed on FB and I really liked the fact that it was an all in one. Eyes, lip, and cheek, etc… I took the quiz on their website and it came back Dusty Rose, which is beautiful btw! ♥️ It’s like a rosy bronzer. I love it on my fair skin. So, I ordered it and received it in the mail less than a week later. I followed Bobbi Browns instructions and really dug into the surface to pop the seal, used my finger tips to dig up a bit of the substance, rubbed it between my fingers to warm it and then dabbed it onto my cheek bones and around my forehead line. I started off using a little bit because she recommended starting off small and gradually adding if you want more color. So an hour later in added more repeating the same process. This time I followed up by using a blush brush to lightly blend the edges. I absolutely love this product!!! I plan to get other shades. Probably Pinched Cheeks, Flushed, or Golden Hour. Maybe all of them! I also text like 3 friends about it already. ♥️

After applying my face was so sticky. I had to use powder to help with the sticky because my hair was sticking to my face. Honestly, I don't recommend and I will never buy again and probably will throw this in the garbage, it's that bad.

I bought the natural, but I should have bought Dusty Rose.Just enough color. Very nice!! Very natural.

I have increased by review by 1 star, because I finally figured out how to get this stuff to work. You can't just glide your finger over it, you can't just "break the seal", you can't just use a light layer on your finger. There's a reason they keep showing that video of the finger plunging down into the product, messing it all up. It's because you need a gloop of this stuff on your finger to work. A light layer will not do it, you need the guts of this product on your face. And it's going to feel like you're messing up your nice pretty pot of glow, but you have to do it. Once I figured this out, I got the nice glow/rosiness I'd been looking for.Now to address the greasiness. Yes, this stuff has a greasy feel. I covered mine with a light dusting of transulcent setting powder, and that tacky feeling is gone. I have combination skin, and so far this has not aggravated it, probably b/c I'm applying it to cheekbones, areas where I don't normally get greasy.So if it's not working for you, jam your finger in there, get a chunk of it on your finger, then smear it across your cheek. That should do the trick.

This product really helps smooth your skin and I ordered the dusty rose and I have light to medium skin, but I think I will order another shade darker so that it has a little more coverage otherwise I don’t generally wear make up except for eyes. I also have sensitive skim, and this product worked very well for my skin

The color was not compatible with my skin tone it gave me a strange oily reddish tint.I’m unable to soften the product to a consistency that can be applied without pulling on my skin specifically around the eyes. The smell is strong but fades. I’m unable to do my cheeks or give any definition because it is so hard consistency wise I don’t know how to “ warm it up” so it glides. As of now I end up with more product on my four fingers that I do on my face

I am very pale due to anemia and I am 76. At the risk of looking like "Baby Jane" I have been investigating a natural looking makeup that doesn't make me look MADE UP. Jones Road has fabulous products. I purchased the What the Foundation in Fair and it is a perfect match. So moisturizing and when it is applied thinly it looks so natural and evens out my complexion. As others have said yes it is sticky...yes it feel tacky when you touch it. Who cares...at my age I don't. It's not like I'm having a makeout session. Who really touches my face but me. To add color the secret for me is to apply Miracle Balm on top of the foundation. I started with a lighter shade Dusty Rose. In fact I am going to add a bolder color of Miracle Balm to add an even brighter look. It is worth the price to me. I would NOT recommend this product if you have oily skin. It is very rich and it a heavy duty moisturizer. If you are an older person with dryer skin than normal... You will love it. I love the scent. I love everything about it. My husband said to me today, "It looks like you got some sun today." That is the best compliment that he could have given me! I will add pictures at a later date.

Received order late. Box looks like it’s years old. When opened it up; it’s been used. There is a big finger print in the center of the balm. $50. Would not recommend this seller.
