SaphiRose Women's Water-Resistant Trench Coat Double-Breasted Long Peacoat with Removable Hood

I am so impressed with this jacket! Right out of the box it was substantial weight so I knew that it was good quality material before I even took it out of the bag. Then when I did get it out, I was even more pleasantly surprised! The material is the quality of more expensive, name brand jackets. It’s very soft but sturdy for a rain jacket. Doesn’t feel rubbery or plastic at all. The inner lining is really soft as well. And I love the contrasting red plaid color. It is a bit heavier than I was expecting, but definitely still a lightweight rain jacket. It seems like it’s going to hold up well and do a good job keeping me dry. As far as sizing, I am in between a large and extra large, so I ordered the XL, because I would want it to be a little bigger rather than too small. However, the XL looks a little too oversized for my liking, so I am going to return for a large. If you’re going for the oversized look, go ahead and size up one. But if you want a more fitted, tailored look, you would be fine with ordering your normal size. Overall I am really very happy with this jacket and I can’t wait for my return to process so I can wear it out.

I have never owned a “trench” coat but have known for years that it is considered a wardrobe staple. I am 5’6” 117 lbs and bought size S in black. I love it! It’s heavy weight and the material is soft and feels to be of quality. I absolutely hate the plaid interior lining, I thought it would be the reason I’d return it, but I removed the hood and now you can’t see the lining! I would probably rarely use the hood anyway. The belt and belt loops do sit too high as other reviews mentioned, but it’s not a deal breaker. The belt is more up around my rib cage, not my waist. It looks ok! I love this coat and it is big enough to wear over winter sweaters! The sleeves are also long enough which is always a plus. It is a bit boxy but since when is a trench coat supposed to be super figure flattering? I’m going to wear this to work at my office everyday this fall! Love it!

The media could not be loaded.  Looks like this item has been returned by a previous buyer. I have 2 saphirose jackets and they were packed well in a saphirose plastic bag. However, this item was not even folded well and packed in a common plastic bag. However, the coat looks great, it fits me well. I ordered small and I am 59kgs, 5'3".

I needed a raincoat with a bit of lining for a trip to San Francisco in February. I was anticipating rain and of course wind. I needed a warm-ish coat that was packable. This fit the bill very well. It was light enough for spring warm days but not too heavy and completely waterproof. It is longer on me, I am 5'3" about 110# with wider shoulders. I ordered a size small. It is well past the waist to mid-thigh so, no wet bum. I got stuck in a rainstorm and was completely dry under my coat. There is a good hood and detachable belt. And, usable POCKETS!! I am planning on buying another in a different color.

I’m so impressed with the quality of this mid length trench coat. The sizing is perfect ( I ordered a Medium I wear a size 10 ). Don’t overthink this purchase for $50 bucks it’s a GREAT deal! Go for it!

I had to return it because it ran VERY small for my usual size but I really liked the weight and quality. They didn’t have a bigger size so I couldn’t reorder. My advice: whatever your normal size go up 2 sizes.

Coat is nice, but it states "removable belt." So where is the belt? Why was it removed?

El material es de muy buena calidad, se siente un poco pesado al transportarlo, pero ya puesto se siente ligero, mido 1.50 y me quedo arriba de los tobillos de largo, Perfecto para cubrir más la lluvia y el frío, trae un forro ligero que es idóneo para que no traspase el agua a tu ropa

Die Jacke gefällt mir gut. XL ist bei Größe 44-46 gut passend, sogar mit kräftigen Oberarmen sitzt sie bequem. Farbe stimmt auch überein (dunkelblau). Kein chemischer Geruch, leicht zuknittert. Folgende Punkte sind anders als erwartet: 3 Gürtellaschen, zwei vorn und eine mittig am Rücken. Wer also den Gürtel nur hinten trägt hat schlechte Karten. Trotz Doppelreich kein Innenknopf, ist auch nicht vorgesehen, da kein Knopfloch vorhanden. Keine Taillierung, Silhuette kann nur mit dem vorn gebundenen Gürtel verändert werden. Kaputze ohne Schnürrmöglichkeit. Trotzdem volle Punktzahl. Ich habe sie aber noch nicht im Regen oder starkem Wind ausprobiert.

La calidad de la tela es buena, sí es impermeable pero no supe como acomodar el cuello cuando vas a utilizar el gorro, es difícil mantenerlo en un sitio y resulta confuso. Sin embargo, es una buena compra.

Bien
