A lot of fun for a little one
A really good set and it floats. What can I say but I’m impressed with this set. It has allot of playability. Land or bath great for my little one. Did take my 7 year old a good few hours to build but enjoyed every second. Good detail and a lot of separate units to build. The shark and octopus are a nice touch, even has a little Lego gun that fires small Lego pieces. All great fun and would recommend. But maybe not at RRP.

The best Lego kit we've bought
The first one of these got dumped in the rain- not the seller's fault clearly - but getting a new one sent was quick and easy, and it's fantastic. Loads of things to build and play with, good value, lots of opportunities to build and rebuild and integrate with my son's other Lego. He loves it and so do I.

Good but seen better from Lego.
I'll cut a long story short. As a Dad of a child obsessed with Lego, I love Lego and the variety but having previously built up Star Wars and Lego City Lego for the last few years, I'm mildly disappointed with this kit. Firstly, I have to make direct comparisons to the Lego City Police HQ and that just seems/seemed way cooler than this with more actual Lego and more buildings for your money. This isn't as big and maybe that's reflected in the price?!? Secondly, I get that Lego are trying to sell this to the masses but there's the reality of it versus the box graphics - world's apart. Little ones' imaginations left to bridge the gap.Ok, so this comes with an Hq type building, a small helicopter, a speedboat and a rescue boat (the biggest component). A couple of hours max to put this together when helping out your kids (if they need it).I guess it comes down to target market. Wee bit fiddly for 6 year olds to put together themselves and too young for 12 year olds. Imagination is key so I reckon the market is 6-8/9.

Great Item,my boy was entertained for hours to put all pieces together and once finished the set looked great.

Improves bathtime
For my 4.5 year old son . He loves it . Required help to build but set nicely separated into easy to complete bags . He most likes being able to take into the bath - however these things aren’t seaworthy and will sink fast ! Good playability with lots moving parts . Would recommend although suggest shop about for good price !
