Beelink PCs : Extremely bad and poor support from manufacturer (Beelink)/Supplier: Funune LLC
We bought many PCs from them and recently faced an issue with failed SSD in March with one of the PCs purchased in October'23 which is less than 6 months of purchase.The manufacturer support team (Beelink Support team) gave only false support by writing back-and-forth emails with no genuine concern about resolving the issue. They suggested purchasing a new SSD without giving any support from their end.The supplier (Funune LLC) is equally disappointing by telling us that the unit comes with only 1-month warranty! Extremely rude and haughty behavior! Amazon should blacklist such suppliers!Would never recommend to buy a Beelink PC...In the end, it was Amazon that came to our rescue! Thanks to Amazon Support!

Nothing worked ; just a blue screen
I bought this mini PC "Beelink Windows 11 GK Mini Intel J4125 Mini PC 8GB RAM 128 GB ROM M.2 SSD，4C/4T, 4M Cache, up to 2.7GHz Dual HDMI 4*USB 3.0 Bussiness Computer" Given the spec I was expecting good things. I was disappointed. Contrary to the specification Windows 11, nor anything else, was loaded to the hard disk. When switched on there was just a blue screen which despite a few attempts to resolve just remained. I was unimpressed with what Beelink claim to be a user guide. It provides no guidance at all. The PC was returned to Amazon which promptly refunded the price I paid. I notice that within the two days since I purchased it the price has increased by 26%. Maybe the box I recieved was a one off faulty box but I would not risk buying again it at the higher price. I chose an alternative.

Excellent tiny little box
Everything as advertised. Windows installation and updates went smooth.After installing some apps, Chrome, Office and antivirus available disk space reached almost half. Less than 20s boot time. Connect to a smart TV. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.
