I didn't get to try it, but they looked nice
I didn't need the item by the time it arrived (no fault of the vendor) but it took a long time for them to finally process my refund. I had to send a complaint to Amazon before any action was taken.

best feel but wish the lasted longer
I wear these boots for work and walk A LOT! Mostly on pavement but some grass and dirt. They grip well and I have found the size that feels best for my feet. There is some break in period with the top leather and around the laces but doesn't take very long and I was able to wear them for a full shift without any problems so I wouldn't worry about that. My issue with these, and maybe I just got a bad pair was with the traction and insole. The rubber on the bottom of the shoes has worn down to the point that I can feel the ground under my feet. The support and integrity of the sole has pretty much diminished to the point I cannot wear them anymore. On the bright side, the leather held up very nicely, not any noticeable seep in of water from rain or shallow puddles and laces stay tied very well! Wish they lasted more than a couple months though. The price is hard to swallow if I have to replace them several times a year.

Needs breaking in.
I bought a set of these in May before I began work as a CCA for the USPS. First off, they’re good shoes. They’re well made, durable, and hold up well. I wore several blisters and raw spots on my feet before they broke in, however. It took about two weeks of solid walking routes to get there, but once I did I got about four months of good use out of these shoes before the soles started to come off.I’m not mad about them failing. I put these shoes through hell. I walked six days a week, many miles every day, for almost five months before I retired them. There was rain, a lot of rain, there was pavement, mud, rocks, sticks, there were thousands of stairs. The tread on the shoes wore smooth over the balls of my feet. They’re still intact enough I might try to have them repaired, since the insides are still well broken in and over all the shoes are still mostly together. The soles just started to come loose from the leather and I began getting rocks inside the shoes, so that did it.

Comfortable But Low Quality
I am a City Letter Carrier for the Postal Service. These are the most comfortable shoes I've been able to find. That being said, I'm probably 4 pairs in and each and every one has started to split at the sole in less than a week. The wear and tear just continues to worsen from there. I still use them until the tread is almost worn off, but when it rains I get to enjoy soppy wet feet while on the route due the separation at the sole of the boot. Not very enjoyable. I'm probably calling it quits with this pair and will start searching again for a more durable product.

Lol
I ordered these boots on June the first. It is June the 19th, and the sole on the left boot is starting to come unglued. Also, after the first day of walking through rain deluges, what ever was used to treat the leather started peeling off which gives the appearance of the scales on yesterday’s unsold fish from the market. If you’re intentions were to cut costs by gluing your soles to your products so that you didn’t have to pay people to sew them on to make the product last longer, I would say “good show”, you’ve killed two birds with one stone. Not only did you cut cost, but you force people like me to frequently buy shoddy products from either you, or your competitors. Of which, I might add, also glue their soles on. If not, we risk not having workers compensation payouts if we get injured while on duty and aren’t in “proper” work attire. So you’ve not only cut cost, but also increased revenue. Bully for you. UPDATE- the photos attached to this review are a preview of what you can expect from these boots in a few months time. I kept wearing them because I was determined to get my monies worth from them.

Not what I had hoped for the price
Good for driving routes but bad if you do a lot of walking. I don't think they'll last the winter/holiday season which is disappointing. I've had them about a month and half and they're starting to come undone at the toes.
