Use the size chart
Fits well, as long as you follow the sizing guide. I got a medium (5'2", 135 lbs) and possibly could have sized down, but I like the medium: comfortable enough to wear for extended periods of time, and I can get it on and off without too much of a struggle. The band in the front is adjustable, like a bra band, and can be easily unhooked so you can shrug out of it. Customer service is good if you end up needing that, too. Low profile, so you can wear it under outfits without being obvious.

It does roll up in the front but it’s not noticeable it does feel comfortable maybe I could have went up a size but I shed weight fast so maybe I did great this one I have it does compress your arms but not where it’s uncomfortable I would recommend wish it was tighter under the bra area overall I’ll purchase again
