Performed very well!
In spite of the overwhelmingly positive reviews for this blade, I was hesitant after I read the 1-star review in February 2012 by a professional contractor. But I went ahead and bought the blade instead of renting a wet saw, which would have been about 3-4 times the price.I installed the blade on my miter saw and used it to make about 50 linear feet of cuts through 4" concrete pavers (for a 6-foot fire pit). I measured the cutting height of the blade before and after my project. I saw very little wear on the blade -- maybe 1/32" difference. So this blade seems like tremendous a bargain.I used it dry and it cut the pavers easily and cleanly (clean in the sense that there was virtually no chipping). However, dry cutting IS a messy business. I directed a leaf blower at the cutting line to try to blow away as much dust as possible. Even so, you'll definitely want to protect your ears, eyes and mouth as concrete dust isn't good for your lungs. My miter saw survived the process, but I'm not sure I'd want to use it on a new/expensive saw since the dust also isn't the best thing for an exposed motor.Anyway, I'm very happy with how this blade performed -- and how little it cost!

Tongue-in-cheek!!!
To whom it may concern, this thing cut 20-year-old cement like it was butter! Dry by the way! And granted it was done in a not particularly safe mode. Some things of note. One In said application use a dust mask, as it produces massive amounts of particulates/dust,Two position yourself in such a way that any kickback does not involve your body or extremities. Three have a qualified person standing by who is trained in first aid or better yet an ambulance technician, preferably someone who has not been drinking!

Great for cutting Holland Pavers
For those of you who are hesitating on using a diamond blade to cut holland pavers, I can tell you with absolute confidence that this works just fine on a miter saw. Yes, it is dusty (who cares). Yes, it is loud (who cares). It will be able to make hundreds of cuts for you just fine. You don't need to rent a wet saw. I cut 4" x 8" x 2 3/8" holland pavers all weekend with no issues. Besides, you would make a huge slurry wet mess with a wet saw. This blade will not dull on you if you use it for a few hundred cuts. You will be fine. The cuts are clean, smooth, and you will be happy with the results. Just go moderately slow. Maybe 5 seconds per cut.

Buy it
Great blade for the Harbor Freight saw. So far I cut all the cap stones for an EP Henry Terrace Wall appx 40' long. My neighbor used the saw to cut old bricks to make a small patio and walkway. I just completed a 4'x3' landing with a step surrounded by EP Henry bullnose and a field of Old Towne Cobble pavers. Very little degradation in blade performance after all this work. Best advice is to go slow and let the blade to the work, forcing it too quickly will cause warped cuts. I will buy this again for my paver projects.

Smooth clean cuts
Bought this to use with the Harbor Freight brick/tile wet saw. Works like a champ, cutting through concrete pavers easily. The manual for the harbor freight saw cautions not to use segmented blades like this, but i suspect this is because the saw has a plastic blade shroud, which would offer little protection if the blade threw chips. I am careful not to put my head or face in line with the spinning blade, and this blade has been cutting so smoothly I am not concerned with it throwing any debris back at me.

Excellent Value for Cutting Cement Fiber Board
I purchased this to cut up a bunch of Hardie Cement Siding Board. Had a bunch of extra siding left over and wanted to cut them up into short one-foot long pieces to use as blue-bird house roofing. I set up a hard stop on my Miter Saw and went to work. Was definitely a little worried because I was making so many cuts in such a short time period. Started out slow and was constantly checking out how hot the blade got but no matter how fast I made the cuts the blade never heated up more than it did after the initial cut. I made about 60 cuts of the siding (i think it is about 9" wide) in about 20 minutes with no problems. Still seems to cut the same as it did the first cut. No wear that I can tell. Definitely generates a lot of dust. Never cut cement fiber board indoors or without a P100 half-face respirator. A simple dust mask is insufficient. Safety First!

good quality blade that performed well for small project
I have very limited experience cutting tile and masonry items but I obtained this blade for a back splash project based on other reviews and I can say that the blade performed and held up well for my small project. it provided clean cuts and I fully expect to use it for a much larger upcoming tile project. I'm not a fan of the spacer insert needed to mount the blade into my saw because I don't know if the insert is sufficiently durable to last the life of the blade, but this is just speculation on my part.

great blade
I wasn't sure just what to expect with this blade. I was going to put it on a table saw and cut pavers dry. My neighbor needed to do the same and was contemplating buying some expensive masonry saw. I told him to wait until I got this MK blade and we'd see how it works. Both of us have been very pleased with the performance of this blade to say the least. I am cutting concrete pavers 2 3/4 inch thick and the blade just makes it. My neighbors pavers are more of a brick type, but either way, the blade performs great. I have now ordered the 7 inch for my circular saw for some special angle cuts that will be trouble on the table saw. Added bonus, it looks like it is made in the USA.
