Do they provide strong grip on the pull up bar when you hands are sweaty? I have used gloves on the bar but they get sweaty and slippery.

I put chalk on both my hands and these grips and it works good. They are sticky without chalk as well. :)

How much thinner is the material compared to leather grips? I need thin material in order to get a better hand grip on bar...

So I don’t have leather grips to compare it to. I would not be able to give you a definite answer. However, I did try WODNDONE. it is a brand that can be found on instagram. One of the girls I do crossfit with, uses their products. it’s pretty much tape, similar to what you would use for hook grip. But just as strong and thin for your palm!! Check them out

My palm is 4” total, should I get S or is better to get L ?

We would recommend not getting a size smaller than a Medium for a 4" palm total.

a must need for CrossFit
