For a busy medical professional who uses an iPad Pro 11 constantly in a medical practice, when it comes to holding your iPad securely there are only 2 products that I would recommend. This one, the TFY Security Hand Strap or the Padlette D3 (also sold on Amazon). See Pros and Cons of both below. Neither is perfect, and both could use further enhancements, but for a secure way hold your iPad, you can’t go wrong with either of these.TFY Pros: What I love about the TFY product is that it hugs right against the iPad, it is secure, and you can adjust the metal corners as needed. As long as it is placed properly, it will not fall out of my hand. TFY Cons: The metal corner hooks destroyed my otterbox symmetry 360 case corners. (My suggestion to TFY, would be to make a corner piece application that is leather or rubber band-like to prevent this destruction—when you do it, please send me a sample to try it out)Padlette Pros: Like the TFY product it is secure, and if applied properly it will not slip out of my hand. It is less likely to destroy iPad case corners as fast as the TFY, but when it does, it does it more slowly and less likely to harm the iPad as it is a rubber band. Cons: Padlette covers part of the iPad screen on the two corners it is applied to. Furthermore, it puckers up so the iPad won’t lay flat when you initially set it down on a flat surface (unlike TFY which lays perfectly flat), unless you force the band to flatten out, even then the iPad still rocks back and forth. (Padlette when you fix these issues please also send me a sample to try it out.)

Update: A few years later and this is still the best option for the 12.9” iPad Pro. I’m here to buy more. Needs to be stretched out over time but I’m ok with that. Wish they’d make this specifically for the larger iPads.I originally bought this hand strap for a 10.5” iPad Pro and it worked great. It did stretch out over time and felt loose as I held the iPad but it wasn’t much of a problem. When I bought my 12.9” iPad Pro I couldn’t find this product in that size so I ordered others to try out. While waiting for those to arrive I took the strap off the older iPad and put it on the new one. I got it to fit! The cloth is pretty tattered from use but the hold is still strong. The downside is that the camera gets covered up but that’s ok for the majority of my use. I’m keeping the 10.5” iPad Pro so I went ahead and bought another one. I’m not going to recommend you buy this for larger devices but hey it works.

I like the idea of a strap to hold my kindle. I frequently read myself to sleep and am afraid I'll drop my kindle when I doze off. So I purchased this strap. I like the embroidered design of the strap and it is comfortable on my hand. I have a thin case on my kindle. Perhaps the case interfers with the three hooks that are supposed to fasten the strap on my device. I finally put the three hooks over three corners of my kindle, but the strap was too loose to stay on my hand. I ended up using a safety pin to take up the slack. It works, but not at all as I had hoped.

The first one I purchased was about 4 years ago. That one just got grubby looking. It still worked great and was in good condition. Honestly, I just didn’t feel like washing it again. I just put the new one in place. I use my iPad for many hours a day since I read books on it, and use numerous apps. I generally hold it upright but it’s also comfy in landscape/horizontal. I have Dupuytren's and arthritis so holding anything for a long while is no fun. This product makes a huge difference for me.

Says it fits the Kindle paperwhite. Way to big and doesn’t stay on. Very disappointed

Love love love this. It fits the new fire Hd 10 tablet released in 2019Only downside is that i did have to get my husband to tweak the metal clasps. He has specialized tools and luckily is a metal worker so bending these to fit perfectly flush with the tablet was nothing for him.Id just be worried for others who arnt prepared to modify the clasps. Itll still fit but it'll stick out a lot and itll only fit on the 3 corner position not the you see in this ad.So the clasps are on the bottom 2 corners and the other clasp is on the top left corner.Its right, sturdy, and feels like its never coming off.The default settings though will absolutely not fit the tablet, the clasp will slip off too easily. So you absolutely have to be prepared with metal shaping tools to bend the clasps to fit, especially if you have a thicker case.The case i have is the thinnest one you can buy, i honestly dont think itd fit if my case was thick.

Fits very well and better than I had hoped couldn’t be happier, very comfortable on my hand making iPad easier to hold. Very pretty which is so nice. Fits over the case snugly very impressed. Arrived swiftly and highly recommended, might well buy a second as I use this all the time.
