My Yoga Journey (Yoga with Kassandra, Yoga Journal): A Guided Journal

I just love this journal. From the way it's made, to its size, the feel of the pages, the ribbon bookmark to easily find your place; it's perfect.I really appreciate the simple but engaging writing prompts on every page. Since receiving my copy a few days ago, I've been looking at my practice in a new way. I've been focusing on the physical, which is all well and good, but neglecting the mental, emotional, and spiritual parts of my healing recently, and this journal has already changed that in just a few days.Instead of a journal filled with blank pages and no inspiration, Kassandra's version gives you daily writing prompts that get you searching deeper, but without needing to spend large chunks of time to do so. Being a single parent who works, that's really important to me. I practice morning and evening, so I've been doing the "before yoga" prompts in the morning, and then the "after yoga" prompts towards the end of my day. It's so refreshing and I love it.I also bought a copy for a very good friend for Christmas and they are equally excited about it.Thank you, Kassandra! You are a force of good in this world and so very appreciated and loved.

I received these earlier than expected! The affirmations card deck box was hard to get open the first time. 😂 once I opened I was impressed by the size of the cards. I love the pouch they go into to protect them! The pouch is so soft. I also like the 4 different topics for the cards. I haven’t used the journal yet but I’m excited to learn more and go on this journey. Kassandra is awesome and inspiring!

It's so pretty and such a simple layout.There's no dates in it so you can skip days and still utilize the full journal.The cover is good quality.The paper is decent, but you can't use felt tip pens/markers.Absolutely would purchase again!

I love this journal. A great place to keep track of my practice. Each page is a different question.

I love filling in a habit tracker circle every day that represents I used the journal and practiced yoga that day. I can't wait to see all the filled in circles at the end of the year. I love the daily prompts and that they aren't the same every day. Kassandra's yoga classes have greatly improved my whole being. I am a huge fan and so grateful for all that she has done for me.

I think this is the BEST yoga journal that I’ve ever used and would highly recommend. It’s organized where you have a habit tracker and simple prompts for before and after your yoga practice. This is the best way to write down your reflections before and after your yoga practice.

This beautiful journal is from Yoga with Kassandra. I’ve been doing her yoga since the beginning of 2023 and love that she uses affirmations in her yoga. I found that after I finished my practice and meditation, I had thoughts that I wanted to jot down. Since I already loved her, I bought her journal to keep near my mat. I love how it's broken down to keep track of important thoughts and aspects of my yoga practice. The colors and pictures are gorgeous and feel peaceful. If I could change one thing, it would be to include a blank lined page or half a blank lined page after each entry for those times when I have a bit more to write. Overall, super satisfied with this product and will buy another one after I fill this one up!

This book along with the I Radiate Joy affirmations card deck are a force! Both will enhance your yoga journey and create awareness in you of the benefits you gain and carry forward with you, allowing you to record how your body and mind respond to your practices. A valuable tool that you can use to delve deeper into what your yoga practice means to you.

I'm not new to Yoga but am new to Kassandras YouTube channel. I started her videos as I was looking for more of a challenge than some others on YouTube offer. She mentioned her journal in a video and I went and searched for it. I was delighted to find it on amazon which made it so easy to buy.It's beautiful- the thickness of the paper is perfect, the silver on the cover and the illustrations on each page just finish it off. I can't wait to start using it to track my daily practice.
