Matte twill Carbon Fiber Sheet

These carbon fiber sheets are super helpful because they're conductive and durable.

I bought this to make motor mounts and flight controller mounts for a small tubular framed quadcopter. The material was in the weight range of grams per cubic mm for real carbon fiber and had electrical continuity through all layers so I believe it to be 100% carbon fiber per the description. It also machined very well with a 2mm titanium coated Rotary Burr End Mill.

It is perfect for my 1/10 rc pit board 300mm - 400mm 1/10 rc cars fit perfectly for ride hight measurements.

Solid sheets. Pretty hard to cut but other than that they are beautiful

Worked good for the job I need done

The sheet size was correct, but the thickness was 0.6mm vs 0.5mm listed on the product page (protective plastic sheets were removed before measuring). A tenth of a millimeter may not sound like a big deal, but it's 20% thicker than it's supposed to be. For a multi layer project, the weight and thickness of the entire project goes up 20%. Size and weight limitations are the reason most people use carbon fiber and when it's not to spec it defeats the purpose. On the plus side it was packaged well with uniform weave with clean cut edges.

I used these sheets for RC model repair. I was able to cut through them using a dremel. They hold up very well to stress and are lightweight.
