After 9 months of use the handle became wobbly. Contacted the company. They wrote back a stupid reply, offered no support with their product not even a warranty on them. And they closed the file so I could not further discuss getting to the problem of the loose handle resolved. Do not buy these taps or have anything to do with this company's products.

These faucets are beautiful and add a bit of "wow" factor to our remodel. They have weight/thickness for a quality appearance. Do be careful washing your face with eyes closed as the faucet and handles have sharp precision corners and can break skin if bumped.

So there is good and bad. The good first, the price. The faucet from Delta that looks similar is several hundred dollars. It's also heavy metal, not the cheap plastic. The bad, it didn't come with a drain assembly, not a big deal really; I'm a contractor and keep them in the truck. The worst part is it started to rust after a month. Unfortunately I had this faucet in the box for over a month before I could install it, so the return window ran out. After reaching out to product support, they agreed to replace the faucet, but after two months of back and fourth it was apparent they were not really going to replace it. Sadly I had to remove it from my customers sink and replace it with a quality one. I would probably have given this 4 stars if they would have stood by their product. Oh well, lesson learned. If a new faucet shows up in the mail (unlikely) I will edit the review.
