Amazon has provided the K7 security antivirus on time and the software is working well.

Cheap version having limitations
Antivirus is running precisely though it has some lacunae too. The activation key was unable to activate the already installed K7 total security until I uninstall the previous one and install that version on which key works. The full scan mode showing 'not done yet' even after completing full system scan. So I think its not the full version of the antivirus, instead a cheap version having some limitations. So before buying the product must check properly.
