Best quality and value bottarga
This is the best tasting bottarga I have bought online. Usually bottarga pasta is a favorite when in Italy or eating at a quality Italian restaurant, tried a few brands at home, but most were stale or too fishy. This is flavorful and my husband who usually does not even like bottarga is now a fan. We put atop a simple lemon-butter--garlic- saffron sauce and it is AMAZING.

Bucatini con Bottarga
I made a very good Bucatini con Bottarga using this and the dried one. My guest who never had Bottarga loved it. I will definitely buy it again.

Just what I was hoping for.!
We went to Rome this spring and our favorite dish was spaghetti alla bottarga. When we got back home we decided it would be great if we could re-create this meal. I found this product and we made the meal. It came out great! The bottarga was nice and flavorful! Would highly recommend for that authentic taste!

I been looking to try Bottarga in my pasta for a long time. Finally go to do it. I place it in my cooking face book and made it with a side dish of avocado. I know it is not the tradition but adding my Cuban flavor to the pasta made it pop even more. Check out let the men to the cooking in Face Book. :)

Great stuff!
Spruced up my spaghetti vongelle and added that extra taste of Italy. Brings me back to my time living in Venice. Will purchase again.
