I like the fact the sides can be tucked right under the mattress. I love the silky soft feel. There is nothing to dislike about it. Superb quality.

I can't fault my Christy bed linen and always choose them for their luxurious feel against the skin and their unbeatable durability. I don't need to buy replacements very often because they seem to last forever. However, I noticed my old ones were getting a little bit thin after several years of reliable service and decided to renew them with some more Christy sheets and duvet covers. I wasn't disappointed! If anything, they feel even more luxurious. I have every confidence that they will last as long as my previous ones have. I believe if you want quality, it's worth paying that bit extra to get the real thing. I would certainly recommend this product for all the above reasons.

I always use high thread cotton bedding have for the best part of 20yrs,I purchased this because my 800tc fitted sheets are so thick they take a lot of drying in winter, I purchased this on the glowing reviews, I’m not convinced this is cotton feels like microfibre and cotton mix, it’s not cool like 100% cotton, i use 300tc flat sheet underneath a Dovet, and the difference is clear by a million miles, the flat sheet it so much thicker and cooler, if Christie’s fitted sheet is 400tv they why is it so much thinner? I feel robbed, completely wasted my money, I will stock to what I know in future. I feel really angry and jooped.

These sateen sheets and pillowcases are really lovely quality. BUT being only 36cm is not deep enough for most mattresses these days as most are between 25 to 30cm deep and 6cm (and about 3cm after shrinkage ... and they always shrink) is not enough to tuck under and keep the sheet flat. Hence 3 stars.I hope you found this helpful. Please let me know if you did. 😊

The fitted sheet and pillow case set we ordered is apparently made from 100% cotton, but there are no statements anywhere within the product description (or printed on the packaging) that clearly explain where the cotton was sourced from. This is the second product from 'Christy' that we have ordered via the Vine Programme, the first product was a set of towels, which clearly stated that they were made from Turkish cotton, so why the reluctance to reveal the source here?Surprisingly, what you will find within the product description is this statement..."Our strong knowledge of cotton gained from over 170 years in textiles has meant our bed linen is now as well regarded as our towels, all lovingly designed in our studio in Cheadle."100% Egyptian cotton is arguably the best material for bedding, it's soft, breathable, and exceptionally comfortable, so the reluctance to state what type of cotton is used for this bedding leans towards the fact that Egyptian cotton is not used for this product. A price of £45.99 (at the time of ordering) puts this product within the 100% Egyptian cotton and 100% Turkish cotton price bracket, so despite the quality really standing out here, wouldn't it be nice for paying Amazon customers to know exactly what cotton they are actually getting?
