Very unhappy with quality and durability!
I ordered this pan set at the end of May. Currently, we are fresh in the month of August, 2019. I had a previous Anolon set which I had used for years and was so upset when they finally began to fall apart. With such a high price range, I could never afford to buy a full set at once so often to just buy them in pieces which this set offered!Currently, the small pan is holding up terrifically! It appears to be the same fantastic quality I have come to known from the Anolon brand. Unfortunately, however, the 12 inch pan is not doing is good. We have uses nonstick pans for many years and are well-versed in the care of them. We do not put metal utensils on them and religiously use silicone or plastic utensils, which will not damage the surface (I would like to get the most out of my expensive pants, after all!)Unfortunately, the 12' pan is falling apart! We have had it for less than three months and have not even used it very often - we have a set of cast iron and stainless that we use more frequently - and this pan has not held up at all! We do not wash it in the dishwasher, only by hand with a gentle cloth and rarely soap. I just don't know what to say!I wish there was a way I could contact the seller but I was unable to locate it! I wish I could get in touch with them and perhaps get a replacement. This pan is so far from what I know from Anolon that I have a hard time believing this is even accurate! Maybe a manufacturing fluke? Hopefully they will contact me... As of now, I just caution previous and potential Anolon clients. This pan was not what I expected!

They look nice when new, but degrade too quickly.
Really nice set and super easy to clean.- Size: Perfect! The 10” is an excellent all-around pan for making breakfast, pancakes, and omelets. The 12” is super nice when cooking for 4+ people (rice, chicken, et cetera)- Non-stick: It works! No issue with food sticking and everything just slips off. I expect this to change if not properly maintained (hand wash, no metal utensils, et cetera)- Looks: WOW. I was not expecting such a nice set and they look like a much more expensive pan.- Durability: TBD. I will update in a few months.Update 3/28/2020: Unfortunately, the nonstick does not last as long as expected. I will not buy this particular set again.

Coating too fragile for pans
Spend more money on a better pan, if you can. Either Anolon's Nouvelle series, or another brand.Everything stuck worse than a stainless steel pan, and the thing was discolored and scratched beyond use from using silicon and plastic tools? Tough scrubbing with a sponge even mauled them. My old pans lasted me years. These were toast in months. My old fry pans were the Nouvelle series from this manufacturer. They have an upgraded non-stick coating that will actually last. I have this Advanced series for my pots, and those have lasted because they see pess use and abuse. But even their coatings are scored up from the occassional scratchy side of a sponge.Fry pans and woks see constant abuse from spatulas, and need harder scrubbing than a sauce and soup pots. Find something with a better coating, maybe something rated for metal utensils. Then use plastic/silicon tools anyway so it lasts.

Not what they used to be
I love my Analon set from 20 years ago. Finally had to replace the frying pans. This one with the bronze coating were so pretty. But barely 6 months in, the coating is bubbled and chipping, and scratched...and I don't own a metal Cooking utensil. I'm just now getting around to reviewing because I need to purchase new ones."They just don't make them like they used to..."

Had for a few weeks. Very scratched up. Description that says you can use metal utensils is whacked.
The description say it is fine to use metal utensils with these. It is not fine at all. Ours are already scratched up a great deal from light use of metal serving spoons with them. Others here have noted that this color does not hold up well compared to the darker color ones. Whatever the case, these are not going to last long.

Scratches easily
Works fine and is non stick BUT it scratches so easily. I’ve used the same brand/model, but black coating and those hold up so much better. I only use wooden or plastic cooking utensils and clean with non scratch sponge as well. Be lucky if I could 6 months out of these pewter ones. The black ones last me one year plus with heavy home use. The larger skillet also developed a warping issue and doesn’t sit flat on my electric cooktop anymore. The only benefit of these pewter ones compared the black ones is the pewter heats up super fast.Update: changing to 1 star. Barely lasted a month. Contacted anolon and they sent replacements. See pics for damage.

Amazing Deal
These are great pans- SUPER sturdy/heavy, I got the pewter ones which clearly weren't selling well because I got them for DIRT cheap. I've used them a few time, and don;t run them through the dishwasher, so I can't provide much info on that end, except that they clean out quite easily. If you're not in a hurry, keep an eye out for STEEP discounts based on color sales, love that this is a 10 & 12" set too. Well, WELL worth it!!

Follow my instructions.
Not very good but this is my third set. I like the brand. Remember don't leave on the stove once you finished cooking or color will change to yellow. Reminder don't turn on high heat either, it will bend only Merion high max.

Does not stand up to normal wear
I am extremely angry. I bought two frying pans from this company because I had previously purchased pots and utensils and was very happy with the quality. The frying pan's (10 inch) coating is flaking off around the edges. I do not put the pans in the dishwasher. Never. I wash by hand. I went to fry up some minced turkey for my dog and noticed the coating peeling. I scraped some of it off with my fingernail. This is totally not right. I do not recommend these pans. I wouldn't be surprised if the bigger pan starts doing the same thing. I don't use it as often. Again, do not buy these. It is a waster of hard earned money.

Scratched within a month
The pans are a good size, nicely weighted (the pan is heavy enough that the handle doesn't make it tip over like some aluminum pans), attractive, and things don't stick (if you fry an egg with no oil it will stick, but wipe off easily). Unfortunately, even though it is listed as " Premium-quality nonstick is long lasting and metal utensil safe", it got scratches within a month. I never put it in the oven of dishwasher, or abused it in any way, but it somehow got scratched in multiple places which means that it now sticks there and I worry that the coating is flaking off.

Not the Anolon quality I remembered...
I bought these Anolon pans because I was sick of cheap ones that would warp and scratch easily. I bought Anolon pans in another life, and they lasted for many many years. So I decided to pay a reasonable amount of money to treat me to a new Anolon set. The cooking is great, warmth is ok, but that’s about it...After only a few weeks, I can honestly say that I am disappointed... one of them already scratched, the grey finish is browned, (I rarely cook on High, mainly med, or med-high). One of them is not even perfectly rounded, (this might have been like that on arrival, I honestly didn’t pay much attention at the time). The pan seem to have a little warp on the bottom, making them ‘spin easily’ on the ceramic oven top. They seem way too thin, compared to the ones I previously bought. For the price, I feel like this was a bad investment, and would’ve been better of buying a set of 3 pans from a cheaper well know non-stick pan manufacturer, for 1/3 of the price... I would have been disappointed after a few weeks or months, but I would be able to buy another set and still have my money’s worth.Maybe I didn’t choose the right Anolon model, but the reviews were good, so I decided to try it...

Coating scratches off easily and I've only had it 3 weeks.
I will never buy this product again. I do not use anything but plastic utensils with it, I do not put it in the oven and I always wash it by hand and after using it only for three weeks, there are scratches on the large one. I've never had this happen with previous pans.

Scratches after a few uses
I had to pay large import fees in Canada on top of the stated price.
