I bought this on Dr Doug Lucas' recommedation as being effective to help reverse osteoporosis. I use the Collagen product as well for the same reason. Its one of the few products that has compelling research behind its ability to help the situation. Its pricey for my senior budget so I look for specials that offer bundles on the 2 on Amazon.

Did not receive. Rv park could not find delivery. We are moving today to a new Rv park in New York today, so it will not be recovered. Great product I must say. At 72 and decrease in Bone Density, I was not keen on taking Alendronate. 5 fractures over 8 years has made me realize I need to do something. I will go straight to Company to order from now on.

This is the best Supplement I’m very careful w what I do I function well. I live alone and do most of my daily chores. I do have a cleaning lady 2 times a week. I don’t Iron or vacuum the movement puts some stress on my spine. I do my own laundry ride my Nordic bike 4 times a week. I feel great and have cut sugar out of my diet totally. Eat healthy and keep your weight the same. Your life will be great ❤️

I bought this at my doctor's suggestion. She said it was the only product that actually increases bone density- in her experience. I tried it. The first few days, my stomach got really upset. The dosage plus 2 capsules 2 x a day. I decided to spread them out to one at every meal and then one with a snack. That helped my stomach get used to it. After a couple of weeks, I switched back to the original dosage and my stomach was fine. I can't speak to the increased bone density yet but I'm glad that my stomach can tolerate it now.

I have been taking injections of Prolia because I was diagnosed with osteoporosis. I was also instructed to take calcium supplements on a daily basis. I am very grateful to have found such a high quality supplement as AlgaeCAL. My bone density scans and bloodwork have definitely been improving.

I gave it a five star because I’ll be reordering this product, but it’s too soon to know if it’s actually doing me any good. I wanted a source of calcium supplement that was food- based. And this is. The directions say to take four capsules a day, which is a lot, in my opinion. The bottle gets used up fast.

Like that it is more bioavailable. I will be able to say more if it does what the maker claims but I just bought it.
