If you are going to eat dried pasta, this is the pasta that you should eat. Delicious flavor and texture, easy to cook to a perfect ”al dente” and while I worried it would arrive broken, it didn’t!! I have to be careful of the gluten I eat but if I’m going to eat it, it will be this pasta. Of course, it does come from the region my family comes from so I know they make good pasta.

We use it for linguine in a variety of ways. Love the texture, best pasta I’ve ever put my teeth to.

Is there a better pasta brand? Fuggedaboutit!!

I checked lots of reviews for good pasta and found this to be very well reviewed. I have to admit, I'm certainly not a gourmet cook, but I like pasta so I tried this against standard pasta from the market and didn't taste a lot of difference. Certainly a price difference, and this pasta was much thicker, but that's all. I won't buy it again.
