I love this product. I have the boost pack and the dock. I decided to purchase a second boost pack so I can have one charging while using the other. Right after receiving my second boost pack it stopped working. They have absolutely no customer service. I searched their website and there is no phone number or email address at all. I googled and couldn't find one way to get in touch with them. I use to tell people how awesome this product is, but I can't stand behind a product that wont even give you an email address if there is an issue.

This was a family gift that I ran across an advertisement for and decided to order after reviewing! It is great! We all utilize its many potential uses and as a do it all device for all the IPhones and Samsung products we have. The portable take along box is as advertised it charges everything up. Would buy again with no hesitation and I highly recommend for the business person or for a family on the go!

The Ultimate Charging Solution is everything I needed in a mobile charging solution. Excellent for quickly charging at home on the dock, and the travelling Boostpack is a life saver on the road. No more lost or wrong charging cords, always the right connection in the right place. It has gotten quite a workout from the first day and is performing as advertised with daily use. Convenient wall mount makes it easily accessible and no more "bundle of snakes" cords hanging on the kitchen counter. I highly recommend this product.

I’d give it less than one star if I could. Their customer service is absolute garbage. It stopped working for Apple products in less than a year with regular use. I’ve contacted them multiple times over the past five months, through many different outlets, I have never received a response.The product worked phenomenally at first, I’m surprised after regular use that it stopped working. Nothing outrageous, no damage to the box. Tried it on other apple products aside from my own and android devices. Super discouraging. What’s more discouraging is their inability to respond. I figured it may have been a fluke or a bunk device - apparently not.

This is my 2nd FuelBox purchase - had to have one for the office! The wall unit is sleek and it's so convenient to have two different types of chargers while still leaving the outlet available for other use! I travel a lot and the boost pack has saved me (and random travelers who happened to be sitting next to me on delayed flights, etc) several times! It's lightweight and holds a crazy amount of charge!! Highly recommend!

I love this battery pack, it’s always ready to go. I can charge my iPad Pro quickly, and then charge my wireless headphones. The only down side is there isn’t a USB-C to help my husband.

No USB-C.. Jezz you guys need to do some research.. it's 2020 almost.. not 2016

Extremely convienient and easy to use! Android or iPhone it will work for you! Light weight and quick to charge. Very useful for every occasion and person. Worth every penny!
