Sometimes I should just ignore the negative Amazon reviews. After reading the minority of negative reviews I was really apprehensive about receiving this warmer unit.Let me start from the beginning...I had no idea these things existed. After all, I'm a guy. This is not the kind of thing guys are generally into. However, when visiting my brother's home I saw that his girlfriend was using a tea candle warmer to melt wax which provided a wonderful smell to their home.I wasn't crazy about using a flaming candle to melt the wax. My brother's girlfriend suggested I buy an electric model instead. After a brief look on Amazon, I settled on this model from Deco. It seemed to have enough favorable reviews to warrant a purchase...However, as I sat waiting for my delivery, I started reading the bad reviews. Some people complained that the warming tray did not rest steadily on the base. Another review said the warming tray was too shallow. Another complained that the wax spills out.None of these complaints is a real issue as far as I can see here.First, the warmer looks great. I bought the plate design and if you look at the included photos you will see that this is a very handsome item. The product arrived exactly as described.The warming tray is fairly deep. I only used two waxed cubes. If you are throwing in twice that amount I can see there possibly be issues, but two cubes do an exceptional job of keeping your room smelling wonderful for hours on end. I would not recommend using more than that.The warming tray rests squarely on the base. There is no tipping caused by weight or imbalance. Not sure why others are citing they are having problems.Yes, there is a Halogen lamp inside. Yes, these tend to be more expensive than regular lamps but Halogen lamps can also operate at a higher temperature than incandescent lamps. If you want a more effective warmer you want the right lamp inside of it, I am guessing.I placed two cubes of Better Homes & Gardens Cookies and Cream (sold on Amazon) in the warmer. Once I switched it on (there is a power switch on the cord), the wax began its initial melt in just under 10 minutes. I have had the warmer running all day and I am now 5 hours in and the scent coming from the warmer is still strong.So, now that I have disproved many of the complaints regarding this warmer, the only thing left to do is to recommend it to you. It's a wonderful centerpiece that emits a faint glow from its inner light while effectively warming up your favorite scents. It works quite well and I can see myself getting continual use out of this product.

Bought as a gift. Beautiful and works great

I love this and it’s beautiful. But I’m not quite sure what the deal is with the hole in the wax cup. I have probably about 100+ warmers and I’ve never seen that before. At first I thought it clicked into something on the warmer to keep it in place and I read thru the directions (which I normally don’t do, but wanted to make sure before posting a review) and I found nothing about it. It is, however, shown in the images of you look closely. It’s very nice and I’ll still use it daily, but that hole is really bothering me.

I love the pineapple warmer. It’s perfect for my son’s Hawaiian themed bathroom. It’s great as a nightlight for him at night. I would definitely buy this again!

The burners are cute! The wax cubes smell good, but they are not very strong, nor is the light bulb.When I first used it, i couldn't smell the scent hardly at all, unless I was right next to it, and even then it seemed faint. I thought perhaps it was the wax cube that was just not well scented so I placed a different cube I Had on hand in the burner....same results. Come to find out, the bulbs, they are more like a traditional night light bulb and do not get that warm at all. As a matter of fact, the wax NEVER fully melted and I left it on for 24 hours to see where the issue was.These are a great buy, just replace the bulb, and use caution on purchasing the right style of bulb.

PROS:Shines bright leaving pretty shadows in my upstairs hallway at night. Leaves a great aroma that lasts awhile! Not too overpowering either! I currently have it in the kitchen because of obvious reasons, cooking food and I wanted my kitchen to smell a little better and it did the trick :)CONS:I used it about 3x, 3rd night accidentally left it on overnight and the bulb is no longer working so there’s that. Not sure if the voltage coming from the outlets has anything to do with that (if that’s even a thing lol) or maybe the wattage of the bulb is too high? Not sure lol.Second and lastly, I’ve tried putting it in different outlets but it seems to droop a tad, not too much of a problem as it really doesn’t that bad at all and in some outlets at all. Thank is all :) I do recommend buying! Don’t be like me and not remember to turn it off before bed! Maybe have some extra bulbs!

Very nice wax melters with night light. The set comes with 2 cute little ceramic owls and 4 cubes of cinnamon wax. The scent is light, but smells really good! The bulb provided gets hot and starts melting wax within 5-10 minutes. The 3 plug-in prongs are adjustable to match with whatever direction your outlet faces. The melting cup will accommodate 1 large sized wax cube just fine. Well packaged, compact box is perfect for gift giving. Very good deal for the price.

Delivered on time, nice packaging. I didn’t realize it was a 2 pack , therefore a bonus when it arrived. Very nice, gives off a lot of golden light, and warms the wax well. The free cinnamon wax with it didn’t smell, but I wasn’t expecting it to be there either. Great purchase 😁

海外製品なのでプラグのサイズに注意です。2本挿しですが、大小があるタイプです。日本製のタコ足配線だったりすると使えない場合があります。たまたま同じく海外製品の電源タワーだったので、当方は問題なく使用できました。

These are super cute, havent tried the wax melt that it came with yet. Im SUPER happy that the plug piece is able to turn to fit any plug angle since I live in an old house with some upside-down and some sideways plugs.
