At first i was a little skeptical with the front stand, every time i tried to lift the front side it would move the forks to the left side.After 2 tries i saw that the base for the ABS sensor was on the way so i had to make some adjustment inward and work perfectly to replace front my front tire.Good quality stands, very well built, stickers seem kind of cheap but it definitly doesnt affect stands performance.

Welding points on knob broke the first two weeks after I got it. So now, can't use one of the stands because the bike can fall. It is really sturdy like advertised but weld is poor. Did not have time to return it, so now I am left with a broken stand.

I was considering buying several of the cheaper stands available because I didnt want to pay the exorbitant prices for Pit Bull stands (unless its made out of titanium $150 for just a front stand is insane). I ended up finding GPI stands after much forum searching but was leery because I had heard relatively few reviews of them.In short, I am very pleased that I spent the extra money on GPI rather than cheap options. You could tell the quality put into these stands immediately upon opening the box. The packaging was meticulous with everything bubble wrapped and individually sealed. They even thought to cover the threads for the wheels with vinyl tubing to prevent the threads from being damaged in shipping.The stands themselves work well and are well made. Each weighs about 15lbs. Constructed from a single piece vs other stands that are bolt together. Wheels are plastic but very solid and obviously designed to handle weight. The metal was flawlessly painted which should go a long way to prevent rust. They also came with attachments for universal or spool rear lift. The rubber used for the rear and front lift attachments is very tough and I doubt will have any problems with normal wear and tear. The attachments were also cleanly welded and very thick to avoid bending.Now as for a comparion I have never owned Pit Bull stands but I have seen them in action. I can say that these stands do a perfect job of the simple task of lifting the front and rear end. Just my opinion, but I think that Pit Bull stands are overpriced. They are great quality, but a motorcycle stand is a simple tool and really does not justify such high prices. I can certainly see no justification for Pit Bull being twice the price of these GPI stands.

These are a little bit more on the high end of price range, but you get what you pay for. Sturdy, heavyweight stands, and well built. Perfect for my 2009 R1. If it’s within your budget, you won’t be disappointed.

East to install, holds really well not like the other cheap stands get the value, do recommend only light sports bike

Very nice stands. Works perfectly on my 2015 Yamaha FZ-09. Super well made one piece bent tube construction. Sure they cost more to ship not broken down flat, but using and looking at these in your garage for a few decades the small added cost of freight is well worth it. Wheel axles are super nice shoulder bolts. Square connection bike fittings are very well made. There is enough hand clearance under the handle when the stands are in place. Nice paint job, if only they were painted yellow all would be perfect.
