Trust No Aunty

Look, I liked the book it talks about colorism and the art is so beautiful. BUT, there are many spelling errors and I just don't understand WHY is it so expensive. It should have been eight dollars. The art is so pretty. It is an OK book, but like why that much money. And it was kind of short too.

I ordered one for me and one for my sister. We are both ABCDs, so we thoroughly enjoyed the comics, and the pictures are just so vibrant and pretty. I have it proudly stored on my bookcase, along with my more serious reads

Superb. Very relatable. Gives good insight into life for a desi, and is comical at times if you live that life. Probably three typing errors, but everything good.

The bright modern art work is beautiful. A truly eye catching piece of work. The writing itself is a light and fun piece of comedy about the shenanigans of Desi aunties. Highly recommend.

Great read, and also serves as a good conversation starter. Been following her on instagram and her illustrations are hilarious! So true too!

This is hilarious! I had one of these aunties. Now I’m the next generation, hoping I’m one of the cool ones.... My nearly term daughter has read this and enjoyed it. It has advice on how to deal with interfering relatives and how to navigate those firsts away from home. A great gift for nieces (and nephews).

Too expensive for what it is... there are spelling mistakes but the art is good and it's very funny. But honestly the spelling mistakes and extremely poor grammar was upsetting. How can someone not put a little time into their book?
