Bought 2-3 pieces to try. Worked fine. Easy to install and register prints. Came with us for emergency access in case of battery dying.Ordered 5-6 more pieces, came without usb !!??? Amazon customer service and seller both refused to send backup usb. Wonder how emergency access will work now. No solution forthcoming from seller. Buy with caution - check contents!!
