Never renting again.
The frame is really sturdy, but the fabric seems like low quality but for the price you can’t beat. I bought it for my kids 3rd birthday party and it was easy to assemble and very strong.

Flimsy
All three tents broke the first day. Poles very weak and broke at connection sites.

Sturdy and easy to set up and take down.
Works great! I left this up for a two week period. We even had tornado warnings in the area during that time and it held up beautifully with 10# weights on each leg.

Great Canopy but takes several people to put up.
Overall, we liked the canopy. It was a bit more difficult to assemble than expected and the instructions were not very helpful. You definitely four people to put it up.

Shorter than other tents, I bought by about 8 inches height wise
The tent is 8 inches shorter than other tents. I really had to stretch the canopy to get it on. Compared to other tents that I bought at the same time.
