Great item! Showed up undamaged. Easy to install, well built. Well worth the money!

Good customer support.
Arrived with the outer board damaged, but customer support made it right. I am 225 and even carrying another 50 lbs. up with me it doesn't feel shaky. Installation was fairly easy.

A pain to install, but it works well in the end
It took a while to get it perfect. I have an old house so my floors slope. I had to cut the legs at different lengths and it was just a pain getting everything perfect, but it worked out in the end. The face of it is definitely not a durable material. You could break it very easily. But overall, it works fine.

Easy to install
This was an easy install for us and seems to be made very well. It has made using our attick space so much more convenient. Now we can hide all the junk. ;)

It's definitely cheap. Bad news: The rivots pulled through the cheap masonite cover because the springs are so strong. Good News: The springs are strong and hold it tight to the ceiling. Bad News: They used rivots to put it together making it much harder and messier to repair. Good News: The springs are strong and hold it tight to the ceiling.
