Inedible overhyped culinary torture
With some twisted nutritional logic, AI convinced me to buy this expensive garbage. Now I'll share my experience about it: It'suncookable, inedible balls of tasteless garbage. You soak it overnight, you cook it for 12 minutes and it's still mostly little balls of semi chewable tasteless garbage the AI calls "groats", I assume a portmanteau of "oats" and "gross".

Good steel cut gluten free oats
I had to switch to these gluten free sprouted oats due to indigestion issues I developed from a previous kind I had used for several years and had no problem. These are fantastic; no indigestion, taste good.

This product arrived April 20’with best by in June 25. I got 4 packets. Can possibly use in 2 months.
