I ordered 4 blinds, all custom sizes, 2 with left handed pull cords. They were dispatched very quickly, and arrived quite quickly considering that they come direct from China. They look fantastic in my kitchen, letting light through, but creating effective shade when needed. Perfect for my needs. The seller was very responsive. Unfortunately one blind arrived with the pull cord on the wrong side, but the seller immediately dispatched another blind. I'd give the blinds and the seller 6 stars if I could! :-)

I’ve used this company a couple of times for these bamboo blinds and have to say that I am extremely impressed with both the quality of the product and their customer service. The first blind was an experiment for us – it was a custom size, for an inside aperture fitting, with hidden fixings. Their customer service team was quick to respond to my questions and I was very pleased with the finished product, it was chic, modern and surpassed my expectations. We went on to order a further 3x custom size blinds – but were advised that they were too big to ship by their usual methods. They could have declined my order, but instead they found an alternative courier and – after a few hiccups, which were very quickly resolved – successfully completed my request. I am so pleased I found this company, the blinds look fabulous and I will have absolutely no problem recommending them to my friends and family.

Nice product, but sizing was confusing (thought width was length, got a refund though. Check measurements carefully.

These look great in our new summerhouse - couldn't be happier with them. They arrived about two weeks after ordering, from China. The bamboo part (the blinds themselves) seem good quality and they're very neatly put together, everything nicely straight and aligned. The mechanisms at the top to roll them up are very basic (see my picture), hopefully they'll last although we won't be putting them up and down often so we should be fine. The two hooks you drill into the wall do look a little flimsy (I think they're some sort of strong plastic... not sure) so I'll pick some new metal sturdy ones up next time I'm down B&Q. They do look lovely though, really pleased with them!

I ordered this blind (and another but different size) to replace aged blinds. I spent an age looking for a style where the fittings were hidden. However, the images shown are very deceiving and made to look like they have a built in pelmet. I was disappointed and will probably continue to be each and every time I see the hooks and eyes. Hence the 3 star rating.That said, the blinds are of decent construction, easy to install, although no instructions. Luckily I had previous experience so knew what to do. Quality was exactly as I expected, arrived on time and well packaged.

They look amazing in our conservatory.
