Sugar River by Jack Link's Beef Sticks (2-lbs)- Original

First and foremost, this product tastes exactly the same as a slim jim or monster stick bought in the conveniance store. And despite the product being listed and trimmings, my package was about 35% sticks longer than 4 inches.I will say that it was grease factor 10. I divided mine into smaller portions in zip lock bags and put in the fridge which resulted in a huge block of grease forming.I found the best results was to wad up a papper towel in the bottom of a bowl and microwaving literally for 10 seconds. The grease got trapped in the paper and the sticks were perfect.Its a lot of meat in this package. It would take days to eat it all.

Have paper towels handy...

These were not what I was expecting. They were your typical end cuts and other odd pieces packaged up . The ones I got were far to greasy for my taste. Some folks may like that. I will say this I did not throw them away. I used them as dog treats and at that they excell.

Most of it is excellent, but the casings, are not edible. Wish they were. Having to throw them away does not make for good table manners. That being said, I won't, maybe can't anyway... return them. The insides are excellent. Very good, indeed.

yummy, used like lil' smokies cooked in a pan with green peppers n onions. Large quantity, my dog loved them too.

Tastes great, but the amount of grease with the meat is a major turnoff. Won’t likely buy this again.

Loved the jerky bites. The only thing I didn't like was it was so greasy.
