I kept it in for 2 days. Stuff didn't come out. But overall i have no more stench. Still waiting for the stuff to come from inside me to give a better review! Hopefully it comes out

The first time I used them was after my cycle some stuff came out not a lot but it did make me feel better than I had been feeling. This second time was after intercourse & a whole lot more came out & I definitely feel more energized and relaxed not drained like I did before trying them the first time. I have been taking this product for several years now as I’m largely bed bound and so rarely get to experience the outside world. I have tried numerous forms of vitamin D3 with some success but, if taken in fairly high doses, many have caused constipation. I recently tried Nu U's vitamin D3 Ultra Strength 4,000IU and have found these to promote vitality and well being In addition to being gentle on the stomach. I throughly recommend this product, especially in the winter months when sunshine ( needed by the body to convert to vitamin D3) is at a premium.

I take 2 of these each morning along with K2. This is a nice size dose of D3. Forget the recommended daily allowance of 400 IU, that will do nothing to raise your D3 levels. I get tested every 8 months so know that a high dose is what raises your levels if you are not getting good body coverage of sunshine.
