Fun Way To Teach Probability!
I use these to teach probability in my 2nd grade class. I created a chart and a point system. Three students have to select a player----Player 1 (none the same), Player 2 (2 the same), or Player 3 (all the same). As the game progresses, the students begin to see that Player 2 typically gets the most points, followed by Player 1, and usually Player 3 always loses. Then we make generalizations about the probability of each outcome. It does get loud with all the dice rolling, so I have them roll the dice onto a paper plate to cut some of the noise.I LOVE THEM AND MY STUDENTS DO TOO!
