The only thing we didn't like about this was that it wasn't shipped in a big tube like it should have been. We had to take it out of the box and unfold it a million times and then roll it up but other then that it was great.

The material is great. WAY better than EPDM.Do not buy if they fold it into a box! ship it all folded up and it will never lay flat - you will have air pockets and it will look bad. If you have to get it in a box, make sure you get it out right away and lay it flat for several days, then use a lot of glue so you have time to pull it snug.BFW You can use the same glue as EPDM
