It's lightweight, easy to take on/off, and feels real. I bought the C-cup with silicone filling. It has built in contours for the neck region, though it also rides a little low. I'm 6ft even, so maybe size plays a factor. A second complaint is that the nipples are quite erect, though pasties, bras, and tape all hide this. I really like it.

They fit well and they look natural, and they have a realistic feeling weight to them. The pair I had before this was cotton but this time I got silicone and I think they are way better than the cotton. FYI mine are size G
